Mortgage products

When it comes to mortgages, there are several different options for you to choose from, so make sure you find one that works best for your needs. Here’s a rundown of three of the most common ones:


  • Buy-to-let: If you want to buy a property for the purpose of earning rental income, then this is the mortgage product you need. The amount you can borrow will depend in part on the expected rental income for the property, and many of these loans are offered on an interest-only basis.


  • A home mortgage: used for the purchase of your main residence, or an additional residence for yourself or a member of your family. As an overseas buyer, the choice of lenders will be different to those available to UK residents.


  • The final type is a holiday home mortgage, which gives you the option of getting financing for your vacation home. If you’re planning on renting out your residence, this could be a great option for you—especially if it has a solid rental history behind it.

If you’re looking for a mortgage, you can apply to us if you:


Earn over £80.000 p.a. (or equivalent)

● Are seeking a mortgage of over £300,000, with a maximum LTV (loan-to-value) of 75%

● Are employed on a permanent contract for at least 2 years (If self-employed or owning more than 25% of a company – have an accounting history of at least two years.)

 £300,000 to £999,000

Fee – 0.75%

£1 million to £1.999 million 

Fee- 0.5%

£2 million to £5 million 

Fee- 0.4%

Over £5 million 

Negotiable

*Once we establish that we can proceed, there is a non-refundable application fee of £500. This fee is deducted from

the mortgage offer fee at the end.
